Manage or cancel
HalfStep Pro is billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › HalfStep. Deleting the app or your HalfStep account does not cancel the subscription; only that screen does.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled, or on a new phone? Open You › Settings and tap Restore purchases on the Plan card. It is also on the paywall.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your account
Reset your password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password. Open the email link on your phone; it opens the app, and it works once.
Delete your account
You › Settings › Delete account permanently removes your account, sessions and takes. It cannot be undone. Cancel HalfStep Pro first (above) if you have it.
Report something
To report or block a person, open their profile and tap the … button. To report a session, tap … on its card. To report a comment, press and hold it. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also email us.
